In a shaker, muddle cherries, pineapple, lemon and sugar. Add rum, fill with ice, and shake. Pour entire contents into a double old-fashioned glass and top with Belgian apple lambic. Stir to combine. Garnish with a paper parasol stuck to a pineapple wedge and cherry. #muddle #shake #ontherocks
